Essential Responsibilities
To ensure smooth branch operations, employees are required to:
- Complete invoices, process returns and handle replenishment shipments.
- Maintain branch stock and sales literature while organizing event displays.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and prepare shipments for orders and branch transfers.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork.
Job Duties
Employees will:
- Manage and maintain Will Call operations.
- Stock the sales floor to improve the shopping experience for customers.
- Organize the warehouse for better product accessibility.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment consistently.
- Participate actively in the physical inventory process.
- Deliver exceptional service levels to both internal and external customers.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in shipping, receiving or inventory management.
- Physical capability to lift and move weights as follows:
- Regularly lift/move up to 25 pounds.
- Frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally lift/move up to 75 pounds (with assistance).
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and multitask efficiently.
- Strong work ethic and adherence to high business ethics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or merchandising experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
